Developing Solutions, Driving Growth, Shaping Change - For over 25 years, I have combined technology, innovation, and leadership to successfully manage international transformation projects and teams.

My career began with early self-employment, followed by exciting roles in the retail and service sectors. Transitioning to the IT and telecommunications industry in 2000 opened entirely new opportunities. As part of the European Management Team of a leading Internet Service Provider, I spearheaded the launch of innovative B2B products across Europe. This was followed by pivotal leadership roles, including the restructuring of a German network manufacturer, where I restored profitability through efficiency improvements and a clear strategic realignment. I also led several international turnaround projects for an Asian technology corporation.
